I bet you think…

..my kids are little angels, huh?
If so, you’re sorely mistaken.
They are wonderfully smart but that makes for bored days and children who do nothing but get in trouble. I have no idea how to keep them occupied without playing with them every waking hour.
How do you keep kids from getting bored? I know I should give them more play-doh/coloring time. I’m just afraid of the instant they decide they are done with those activities… because they start throwing play-doh or coloring the walls.
I guess for now I’ll just put on “Cloudy with a chance of Meatballs” when I need to make a meal!
(I think we are going on the 12th time this week.)

blow up a kid pool (I’ll bring one for you today) and throw them on the deck for an hour. Make ice cream with them in coffee cans. Get some beads and pipe cleaners and have them make “jewelry”.
I struggle with this all the time – it is SO hard to keep them busy at home! I do play doh, play outside, tea party (I know boys won’t like that maybe :)), and coloring. And I agree with above – kiddie pools are great too!
