So…….

been told by my 18 month old, “No, you eat this! Eat this!”
then I somehow dropped a box of those packaged cracker sandwiches all over the floor where we found my missing debit card we just ordered a replacement for…
Travis said, “That was god showing us where it was.”
“Didn’t we just order a new one?” I asked.
“Yea…” He admitted.
“Well, god is a little slow then isn’t he?”
And in my most respectful ‘god’ voice, “Oh crap! I forgot to show them where to find that debit card…. Oh well, better late than never!”
Then, we played telephone with Warren:
“Go tell mommy – ‘GET OFF YOUR BUTT’ ”
“GET OFF YOUR BUTT MOMMY”
“Go tell daddy – ‘You look like a big GIRL’”
“YOU ARE A BIG GIRL DADDY!”
Eventful morning… now its off to Ikea for a new mattress for Warren since he refuses to sleep on his toddler mattress.

My two.. I mean almost three year old

Warren is two!! This time 2 years ago I was sitting in a hospital bed with an IV and I couldn’t move my legs because of the epi. My baby was probably being held by hubby and ALLL the people who had been there to see the birth probably had left. He was born at 9:26, the exact time the doctor had predicted, that was pretty amazing.

2010 Resolutions
Written by amanda on December 22, 2009 – 2:13 pm -Because it was so much fun reading what I had written last year, I’m going to go ahead and make a list for this coming year. Here it goes:
1. Make a post everyday in 2010 no matter what it is.
2. Get my house DONE. Finish up all the unfinished projects I can possibly do myself.
3. Get Travis to make the boys bunkbeds.
4. Potty train both boys.
5. Take more pictures of our food and post about it.
6. Clean out the crawlspace of junk and garbage.
7. Buy a pole and learn to dance (keep that one on the DL )
8. Filter out all the crap photos from my backup.
9. Get the boys scrapbooks up to date and start Coraline’s book.
10. Declutter and sell/donate unwanted items.
11. Stop eating out more than once a week.
12. Have a healthy baby!
