Written by amanda on December 3, 2009 – 2:30 pm -So I am sharing the most wonderful tip ever right now: Diluted fabric softener + spray bottle + stubborn glue band from wallpaper border = HAPPY MOMMY!! The border with the paper still attached is a little more work, I basically have to do this twice, but that’s only still 1/4 of the wall while the glue band was on 3/4 and it literally fell off the wall when I spray it with this Snuggle/water combo. It makes your room a little stuffy but it comes off. I’m happy! I have just one wall left and I wanted to let the room air out a bit first.

On another productive note, I have been doing a lot of decluttering and its going better than I would have hoped. I hope I can get Travis to tackle our closet tonight then our room will almost be done. I’ve already finished the surfaces and top-dresser-drawer-medicine-cabinet yesterday. (We had a lot of medication that was years old!!)
I also made a first aid kit to keep from losing Cortizone and Neosporin all over the house. Warren thinks its HIS tool box…. uhg.
So, let’s think. While they are napping – Go through cookbooks, clean kitchen. When they get up – declutter/organize computer area while hoping/praying the toys keep them occupied. When they go to bed – Declutter our closet, finish up laundry, finish living room closet declutter, declutter/consolidate cleaning products and find them a good home in the bathroom or hall closet! PHEW! Funny how things seem to be scheduled around what children are doing… LOL
