My stay in date night

So on Wednesday we had a stay home date night (while my mom watched the poopers). We made some really good food (overflow of Gnocchi made it in the freezer) and watched two movies. Then we passed out and woke up wanting to sleep in… damn Thursdays. LOL However, I DID sleep until 9:30 which is LATE for me.

So we made three Cooks Illustrated recipes since we had the TIME to

Ricotta Gnocchi with browned butter and sage sauce –

It was pretty strange having :QUIET: during dinner, since that hasn’t happened in the last 2 years…

Then we watched Twilight and Push. I didn’t mind Push but he said Twilight was better (was NOT expecting that!!)
